This policy explains what Soul's Math does with your personal data when you use this site and order The Sacred Book of Numbers.

What we collect
- Free Life Path number: the date of birth you enter is used to calculate your number. We do not store it or ask for your email at this step.
- Your order: full name at birth, first name, date of birth, email address, and your consent choices. We need these to write and deliver your book and to meet our legal duties.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and an order reference, and never see your card number.
- Anonymous visit data: a random session ID, the campaign links you arrived from (UTM parameters), and whether you revealed your number. It contains no name or email.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To deliver the book you ordered (contract).
- To keep accounting records and handle VAT (legal obligation).
- To understand which pages work and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To send you marketing email, only if you ticked the box (consent). You can withdraw it at any time.
- To measure advertising with Meta tools, only after you agree to optional cookies (consent).
Who receives your data
Service providers who process data for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Railway (application hosting), and Neon (database). Where possible we use servers in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EU, it relies on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order details and your generated book are deleted after 24 months. Accounting records stay for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@soulsmath.com. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The site stores a random session ID and your campaign parameters in your browser so the funnel works and we can attribute orders. Optional advertising cookies are only set after you agree.
