Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The Sacred Book of Numbers is a personalised digital product that is delivered immediately. Before paying, you ask us to begin delivery right away and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins.
When we will fix it or refund you
- Your book never arrives, even after we resend it.
- The file is damaged or cannot be opened.
- The book contains a mistake on our side, such as a name or date different from what you entered.
Write to hello@soulsmath.com from the email address you ordered with. We will correct or resend the book, and if we cannot, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Wrong details entered
If you misspelled your name or chose the wrong date, tell us as soon as you notice and we will send a corrected book.
Timing
Refunds are sent through Stripe. Your bank normally shows them within a few working days.
